WEJ AWARDS — MISSION AND PURPOSE
The mission of the WEJ Awards series is to recognize and promote companies, leaders, regions, and initiatives that make a meaningful contribution to sustainable development, investment attractiveness, technological transformation, and global influence.
The international WEJ Awards were established by World Economic Journal in cooperation with WEJ-Research and global partners in Europe and Asia. Since 2024, the awards have been supported by the GITE (UN SDG Good Practices) initiative and the SustainaNet AITE analytical platform.
Our strategic goals:
To highlight and promote leaders and organizations shaping the future of investment, innovation, technology, healthcare, and leadership.
To strengthen participants’ international reputation through expert publications, analytical features, and global media visibility.
To foster global trust, openness, and long-term sustainability across economies and regions.
To ensure long-term visibility for awardees through international library indexing, digital platforms, and search engine presence — securing their legacy for years to come.
WEJ Awards stand for:
Professional expertise, data-driven analysis, and independent selection.
Global recognition — from international libraries and universities to prestigious economic forums.
Transparency, respect for achievements, and trust in every nominee.
