Robert Abdullin is President of the World Organization of Creditors; publisher and editor in chief of World Economic Journal and Daily Finance Journal; member of the International Federation of Journalists and the Moscow Union of Journalists.

He was born on November 8, 1972 in a military family.
1987-1989: studied at the Suvorov Military School.
1989: studied at the Leningrad Military Twice Red Banner Institute of Physical Culture. Master of Sports in cross-country skiing.
1993: Began his career, working as a manager in production and construction industries.
Since 1999: active in financial and legal fields involving disputes among business entities and private persons.
1999: Wrote “Creation of a civilized debt market in Russia” and registered it with the Russian Authors Association.
2001: Created the “Russian debt market” Information Trading System (ITS), and then other ITS’s: “The Russian market in distressed assets,” “The world debt system,” as well as several well-known brands in that market and one of the largest companies in this field in Russia today.

2005: founded the print and online newsletter “Dolgovoy faktor” (The Debt Factor). This monthly and daily newsletter became the first print publication covering the debt market and issues of the financial literacy of the population and business entities. In 2012, after rebranding, the publication was published under the name of “Yezhednevny finansovy zhurnal” (Daily Finance Journal). Later a number of electronic and other print media were established as well.
Since 2009: founder and editor in chief of the international English-Russian and subsequently English-language business publication World Economic Journal.
2009: founded the World Organization of Creditors (WOC), of which he is President.

2009: founded WOC Research, an analytic service of the WOC.
2010: The WOC established the “Investment Angel” International Investment Award, with a conference which was attended by about 300 prominent businessmen and investors, as well as representatives of the Russian legislative and executive branches. The award is conferred on an annual basis, and is the only International Investment Award of its type in the world. In 2010 he was elected chairman of its organizing committee.

2011: The World Investment Map was created, the first interactive map providing detailed information about the investment situation in every country and their individual regions.

Awards:
- Awarded by Presidential Decree the Diploma of the President of the Russian Federation;
- “Business Leaders of the CIS” Order for “Contribution to the Development of Economic integration,” 2011;
- “For Valor in Labor” medal;
- other government and public awards.
